Messe Düsseldorf has listened to the requests of exhibitors and visitors and, in collaboration with Kuoni Tumlare Congress, has created a new hotel booking platform for ProWein, the organizer announced. The platform will offer numerous room contingents at attractive prices near the trade fair and in surrounding cities to help address the growing cost pressures. Exhibitors from over 60 countries and visitors from 130 countries are expected, which will increase the demand for affordable accommodations.
Kuoni Tumlare Congress, in cooperation with partner hotels, has developed a range of hotels near the fair, with some rates reportedly below those of comparable hotels, Messe Düsseldorf shared. The booking platform is accessible directly through the ProWein website. Users can filter offers and view the best deals near the fair on a map. Additionally, a group function will meet the needs of companies requiring more than nine rooms.
“We are pleased to offer our exhibitors and visitors attractive accommodation options near the fair with the new booking platform,” said Peter Schmitz, Director of ProWein. “It’s an important first step, and we hope that, if the platform proves successful, more hotels will join this initiative.”
